At Stryxellvlaxyron, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which you can return CoreResource Blend and request a refund. This policy complies with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.

2. Your Rights Under New Zealand Law

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, you have rights when purchasing goods. Products must be:

  • Of acceptable quality
  • Fit for a particular purpose (if one was made known)
  • Match the description provided
  • Delivered within a reasonable time

If a product fails to meet these guarantees, you are entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) regardless of this return policy. Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms.

3. Eligibility for Returns

3.1 Returnable Products

You may return CoreResource Blend if:

  • The product is unopened and in its original sealed packaging
  • The return request is made within 30 days of the date of delivery
  • The product is in the same condition as when it was received
  • You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)

3.2 Non-Returnable Products

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or have a broken seal
  • Products returned after the 30-day return window
  • Products that have been damaged due to misuse or improper storage by the customer

3.3 Exceptions — Faulty or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged during shipping, or incorrect, we will offer a full refund or replacement regardless of whether the product has been opened. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide photographs of the issue.

4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us — Email callback@stryxellvlaxyron.world with your order number, date of purchase, and reason for return.
  2. Receive authorisation — We will review your request and provide a return authorisation and shipping instructions within 3 business days.
  3. Ship the product — Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
  4. Inspection — Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it within 5 business days.
  5. Refund or replacement — If the return is approved, we will process your refund or send a replacement.

5. Refunds

5.1 Refund Amount

  • Full refund — for faulty, damaged, or incorrect products
  • Product price refund — for eligible returns of unopened products (original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error)

5.2 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval.

5.3 Partial Refunds

In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted at our discretion (e.g., items returned with minor packaging damage but still in unopened condition).

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Standard returns (change of mind): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Faulty, damaged, or incorrect products: We will cover the return shipping costs or arrange collection.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service when returning products. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

8. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at callback@stryxellvlaxyron.world. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, it must be returned under the standard return process outlined above.

9. International Returns

For orders shipped outside New Zealand, the same return conditions apply. However, international return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product. Customs duties or import taxes paid on international orders are non-refundable.
